Shipping Policy for Inzo Jewellery

At Inzo Jewellery, we are dedicated to providing you with beautiful pieces and a smooth shopping experience, from Browse to delivery. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note that during peak seasons or for custom/made-to-order items, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or directly via email.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to Worldwide but are a UK based company, and are therefore bound by UK transport, shipping times and VAT.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Domestic Shipping (within UK]):

    • Standard Shipping:

      • Cost: [e.g., £3.99 flat rate / Free for orders over £50 / calculated at checkout]

      • Estimated Delivery:  from dispatch.

      • Tracking: Available

  • International Shipping (outside UK]):

    • Standard International Shipping:

      • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination

      • Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business daysfrom dispatch. Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing.

      • Tracking: Available for most destinations 

 

Please Note: Delivery estimates are from the time of dispatch, not from the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Inzo Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days for domestic / 30 business days for international of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at inzojewellery@gmail.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Inzo Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at inzojewellery@gmail.com after allowing the estimated delivery window to pass, and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
